Thanksgiving 2014: Fred's visit to St. Louis

FERGUSON, MISSOURI

THE WORST NIGHT OF VIOLENCE WITH LOOTING, BURNING OF POLICE 
CARS, TORCHING OF 12 BUILDINGS, ETC. HAD TAKEN PLACE ON MONDAY. 

AFTER FRED ARRIVED AT THE ST. LOUIS AIRPORT  
THE NEXT DAY (TUESDAY).  HE WENT DIRECTLY TO FERGUSON. 

ALREADY THE BURNED OUT FRAMES OF CARS HAD BEEN REMOVED 
AND THE BROKEN WINDOWS WERE COVERED WITH PLYWOOD. THE CITY 
WAS PRETTY MUCH DESERTED. 
THE PROTESTERS WERE TAKING A BREAK.




THE MEDIA WAS STILL WORKING THE STORY

TO THE FEED THE HOMELESS

PEACE PARK ESTABLISHED BY OTIS
TO HELP THE HOMELESS

THE HOME OF OTIS USED AS A WAREHOUSE FOR DONATIONS 
AND NURSERY FOR HOMELESS BABIES.
 OTIS PLACED BLANKETS ON HIS AUTOMOBILE 
FOR THOSE NEEDING WARMTH FROM THE COLD.
